Great experience visiting a team that’s clearly focused on growth and patient care. I recently had the opportunity to visit the PDS Health office in Upper Arlington, and it left a strong impression. You can tell there’s a lot of potential within the team and that the leadership is focused on growth and creating a positive environment. Kristen, the Regional Manager, sets the tone with her professionalism and clear vision for where she wants the office to go. Ashley, the Operations Manager, and the rest of the team were welcoming and open to sharing how things work day to day. Even though there are some transitions happening in the office, you can see the effort being made to strengthen teamwork and consistency. Overall, it’s a practice with good structure, a lot of heart, and people who genuinely care about what they do. I’m excited to see how this office continues to grow under Kristen’s leadership.
